Workshop Outline: Post Pandemic many workplaces are adopting hybrid working solutions. In this workshop we explore the implications of this evolving world of work and consider how to find a happy middle ground that delivers for both the organisation and employees. Workshop Learning Outcomes: On completion of the workshop participants will be able to: • Describe evolving trends and characteristics of hybrid working environments • Outline the benefits and challenges of hybrid work settings • Develop, identify and agree effective working arrangements to meet the needs of you, your team and the organisation • Employ management techniques to enhance the performance of hybrid workers • Develop a personal action plan for success Workshops can be delivered in person or online. Groups sizes may vary depending on delivery methods There are a number of options regarding the duration of the workshop, from 2 hours to a full day (6 training hours) Content can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
