Mindfulness is the practice of paying more attention to the present moment, including paying particular attention to your thoughts and feelings and the world around you. Being mindful can help reduce stress, improve mood and increase creativity. On completion of this workshop learners will be able to: - state what mindfulness is - list potential benefits of mindfulness - explore the impact of being mindful in the workplace - demonstrate basic mindful meditation practice - prepare an action for self practice In person or online options available Duration and content can be customised on request Prices are for a group booking of minimum 6 and maximum 12 participants Contact me to have a chat about options
