Service Description

Step away from the craziness that is modern day living, put your mobile phone down and treat yourself to some you-time and self-care. For 50 minutes I will guide you through mindful meditation practices, leaving you feeling relaxed and recharged. I will invite you to focus your mind on the here and now, by concentrating on your breathing and becoming aware of your body by carefully examining different sensations that you are experiencing. Bearing some similarities to yoga, but without the physical postures, you will practice both sitting and lying down during the session. Mindful meditation is about taking a step inward, away from any worries about the past or the future. More than just a way of finding your inner calm, research suggests that mindfulness can have a positive effect on mental health conditions including stress, anxiety and sleep deficiency. In an informal and friendly atmosphere, spend time with like-minded people choosing from my afternoon or evening classes to find the best fit with your personal schedule.
