Service Description

Learn about principles of mindfulness and meditation practice. On completion of 6 x 2 hour workshops, learners will be able to: - Define mindfulness and meditation - Explain the development the modern day mindfulness movement - Outline the principles of mindful meditation - Identify potential benefits of mindful practice - Demonstrate basic mindful practice - Reflect on the impact of mindful practice - Identify opportunities for adopting mindfulness in daily life - Set goals for personal practice Face to face or online options available Duration and content can be customised Venue arranged in consultation with client/group to meet your needs Prices are for a group booking of minimum 6 and maximum 12 participants Contact me to have a chat about options
