For many of us the the last couple of years have left us feeling less confident and sometimes questioning our abilities. Imposter Syndrome is becoming more prevalent. On completion of this workshop learners will be able to: - Identify factors that impact upon self confidence - Describe a range of confidence building techniques - Create an action plan to help you to take control in situations that are important to you Face to face or online options available Duration and content can be customised Venue arranged in consultation with client/group to meet your needs Prices are for a group booking of minimum 6 and maximum 12 participants Contact me to have a chat about options
